I look out for recipes that instantly shout “Cook me!”, so I do – and only the best make the blog each week. They must tick all my boxes – healthy, balanced meals that taste delicious and are appealing enough to serve for friends.

Bonus points for simple – I don’t want to spend hours in the kitchen, and I am easily confused after the cook’s obligatory glass of Chardonnay!

(Extra bonus points for dishes that will not add inches to my hips nor dent the bank account too badly – frugal is the order of the day right now!).
